Booking a Lesson
If your studio lets families book their own lessons, you can pick an open time that works for you without messaging back and forth. Booking is available when your studio turns it on - if you do not see a Book Lesson button on your schedule, your studio handles scheduling for you.
Start booking
On your schedule, tap Book Lesson to open the Book a Lesson flow. You can close it any time with the X in the top corner and start over later.
The steps
The flow walks you through a few quick steps:
- Choose a student. Pick which child the lesson is for.
- Choose a lesson length. Select how long the lesson should be from the options your studio offers.
- Pick an open time. Trio shows available time slots for the coming weeks. Tap the one that works.
- Confirm. Review the details and confirm your booking.
When everything is set, Trio confirms the booking and it appears in the Upcoming section of your schedule.
Using a makeup credit
If your family has a makeup credit available, the confirmation step offers an option to apply it to this booking. Turn it on to use a credit toward the lesson you are booking. If you have no credits available, this option will not appear.
Booking window and limits
You can book within the window your studio allows - typically the next few weeks. Some studios also limit how many lessons a family can book; if so, Trio lets you know on the time-selection step. If a slot you wanted is taken by the time you confirm, Trio will ask you to pick another time.
