Studio Events & RSVPs
When your studio schedules an event - like a recital or studio concert - it shows up right alongside your lessons on your schedule, so you can see it at a glance with the date, time, and location.
When the studio publishes the event, Trio sends you an invitation - by email, text, push, and in your in-app notifications. The day before the event, families who have RSVP'd also get a reminder. Opening the invitation or reminder takes you to the event's detail page, where you can read everything about it and RSVP.
Event details
The event page shows the event title and its status, plus the key details:
- Date and, when set, the time
- Location, if the studio has provided one
- A description with any extra information your studio wants you to know
The program
If the studio has lined up performers, a Program section lists them in performance order. Each line shows the performer's name (when available) and the piece they will play, along with the composer. This gives you a preview of what to expect at the event.
Submitting an RSVP
At the bottom of the event page is the RSVP form. Let the studio know whether your family is coming:
- Choose your attendance (for example, attending or not attending).
- Enter the number of guests you plan to bring.
- Add an optional note if there is anything the studio should know.
Submit the form to send your RSVP to the studio. You can come back and update it if your plans change.
Finding events later
Events stay on your schedule in the Upcoming section until they pass, then move to Past, so you always have the date, time, and location handy. To get back to the full detail page and your RSVP, open the event invitation or reminder again from your notifications - the bell icon in the top bar keeps your recent ones, and you can review them all on your notifications page.
