Notifications

The Notifications page is your family's full history of studio activity - lesson reminders, billing updates, practice nudges, announcements, and more. It is the complete record, so if you remember seeing an alert and want to find it again, this is the place to look.

You can open it from the notification bell in the app. A quick reminder tile on your dashboard may also point you here when there is recent activity to catch up on.

  • Filter the list. Use the All and Unread tabs to switch between everything and just the notifications you have not opened yet.
  • Open a notification. Tap any item to jump straight to what it is about - the related lesson, invoice, or announcement. Opening it marks it as read.
  • Mark all read. When you have unread notifications, a Mark all read button clears the unread badge in one step.

If there is nothing to show yet, Trio lets you know your notifications will appear here as your studio sends them.

Choosing what you receive

The Notifications page shows what has happened; to control which notifications you get and how Trio reaches you, visit your notification settings. There you can turn channels (email, text, push) on or off and pick the topics you care about.
