The Billing page is where you keep up with what your family owes and make payments. It shows a summary at the top and your list of invoices below.
At the top of the page, a summary panel shows your current balance and whether autopay is set up. Below it, the Invoices list shows each invoice with its amount and status. Invoices can be sent, partially paid, or paid, so you can tell at a glance which ones still need attention.
Tap an invoice to open its details. The invoice view shows the line items that make up the total - for example monthly tuition or fees - along with the amount paid and the remaining balance. You will also see the payment history for that invoice, so you can confirm past payments.
When your studio accepts online payments, an invoice you owe shows a Pay option. Paying opens a secure payment screen where you choose one of your saved cards or bank accounts - or tap Add payment method to add a new card or, when your studio supports it, link a bank account (ACH). Partial payments are supported, so you can pay what you are able to now and the rest later.
Bank (ACH) payments take a few business days to clear. While one is in progress, the invoice shows that amount as processing and the remaining Amount due now updates accordingly - so you are never asked to pay the part that is already on its way.
If autopay is already set up for an invoice, Trio shows a note letting you know it is scheduled to be charged automatically - you can still pay it manually now if you prefer.
Not every studio accepts online payments through Trio. If your studio does not, you will see a note that payments are unavailable here, and you can still view your invoices and balance. In that case, pay your studio the way you usually do - they can tell you how.
