A First Look at Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the page you see after you sign in. It shows what is next and the things you check most.

On a computer, open it with Dashboard in the menu. On a phone, the bottom menu has no Dashboard button: tap your studio's name at the top of the screen.

Upcoming Events

The Upcoming Events card shows your next 3 lessons and events: lessons, private and group, and studio events your child performs in. Tap View All to open your schedule.

Join via Zoom (or Join via Google Meet, or Join meeting) shows on an online lesson from 15 minutes before it starts.
Pay to confirm by shows on a lesson that is held until you pay, with a Pay now button.

Quick Actions

Message Teacher opens a new message to the teacher of your next lesson. When you have no upcoming lesson, it opens Messages.

Package balance

If your child has a prepaid lesson package, a small card shows the lessons left and how many are scheduled. Tap View billing to see the details on Billing.

Practice

The Practice card shows how practice is going this week. Tap + to log practice. Open the Practice page for streaks, goals and history.

Balance and makeup credits

The Balance card shows what your family owes, any overdue amount and the next due date. When you owe money and your studio takes online payments, it shows Pay Now, or Autopay Active when autopay is on. When you owe nothing, it shows All Paid.

When your family has makeup credits, a Makeup Credits card shows beside it.

A student who signs in with their own login does not see the Balance card.

Recent Notes

The Recent Notes card shows the latest notes your teacher shared after lessons. Open the Lesson Notes tab in Resources to see all of them.

Stay in the loop

If you have not set up notifications, a Stay in the loop card can show. Tap Set up to open your notification settings, or Never ask again to hide it.
