The Billing Preferences page is where you manage how your family pays. You can reach it from the Billing page; it brings together autopay, your saved cards, and makeup-credit alerts. These options are available when your studio accepts online payments.
The autopay section lets you turn automatic payments on or off. With autopay on, Trio charges your default card for invoices when they are due, so you do not have to remember to pay each one. Turn it off any time if you would rather pay manually. You can also control payment reminders here so Trio nudges you before a charge.
The payment methods list shows the cards you have saved. From here you can:
Keeping a default card set means autopay and one-tap payments work smoothly.
Near the bottom of the page, makeup-credit alerts show any credits your family has and remind you when one is approaching its expiration date. This helps you use a credit before it expires. To learn how credits are earned and spent, see Rescheduling, Canceling & Makeup Credits.
These preferences appear when your studio accepts online payments through Trio. If your studio does not, you will manage payment another way - check with your studio.
