Your studio may publish a policy that covers things like scheduling, cancellations, makeup credits, and payments. When your studio has an active policy, you will find it on the policy page.
The page shows the policy title, its version number, and the full policy text. Take a moment to read through it - this is the agreement between your family and the studio.
If you are visiting for the first time, Trio shows a friendly welcome note inviting you to review and agree so you can keep using the portal.
Below the policy is a Policy Agreement section:
Once your agreement is recorded, the section shows who agreed and the date, with an Agreed badge. Trio then takes you back to where you were - usually your dashboard.
Use the Download PDF button near the top of the page to save a copy of the policy for your own records. The PDF opens in a new tab so you can read, save, or print it.
If your studio updates the policy after you have already agreed, Trio lets you know your previous agreement is no longer current and asks you to review and agree to the new version. This keeps everyone on the same, up-to-date terms. Simply read the updated policy and agree again the same way.
If your studio has not published a policy, the page will say there is no active policy at this time. There is nothing you need to do.
