Your family profile is where Trio keeps your household's contact details and the people connected to your account. The page is titled with your family name and has two parts: your details and your shared documents.
The profile shows your family's contact information - email, phone, and mailing address. Below that, you will see the contacts on your account: each parent or guardian, their relationship, email, and phone, with one marked as the primary contact. Your own contact row is highlighted so you can find it quickly.
Each contact also shows their email and text notification preferences at a glance, so you can see how Trio reaches each person in your family.
If you are a family manager, you can edit your family's details and the contacts on the account. Other family members can view the profile but not change shared details. Everyone can keep their own information current. If something looks out of date and you cannot edit it, ask whoever manages your account or reach out to your studio.
At the bottom of the page is the family documents panel. This is where files your studio shares with your household appear - things like welcome packets, forms, or reference material. Open a document to view or download it. If the panel is empty, your studio has not shared any files yet.
It helps your studio to have an accurate phone number and email, since that is how Trio sends sign-in codes, reminders, and messages. If you change your phone number, update it here (or ask your studio to) so you keep receiving texts.
