Your Family Profile

Open your profile from the menu under your photo or initials: tap Profile. The page has three parts: your details, Documents, and Faster sign-in.
Your details
The form shows your own information:
- Your photo.
- First Name and Last Name.
- Address. Only the person who manages your family account sees and changes the address.
- Your Phone, with Change phone number (or Add phone number when you have none).
- Your Email. You can see it, but you cannot change this email on this page.
- Notification preferences, with Open to go to your notification settings.
Everyone can keep their own information current. This page changes only your own details, not the details of other adults in your family. To add a co-parent or a child to your family, ask your studio.
Change your phone number
- Tap Change phone number.
- Type the new number and tap Send code. Trio texts a code to it.
- Type the code and tap Verify. Your new number is saved.
If the code does not arrive, tap Resend code.
Trio uses this number for sign-in codes and texts, so keep it current.
Change your email
You sign in with your email, so you cannot change this email on this page.
Documents
The Documents section is where your family shares files with the studio, for example signed waivers or forms. The heading shows how many files there are, for example Documents (2). It starts closed: tap it to open it.
- Tap Upload to add a file. You can upload PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB.
- Tap a file name to open it.
- Tap the trash button to delete a file.
Your studio can see the files you upload here. A student who signs in with their own login does not see the Documents section.
Documents go the other way from Materials. Documents are files you share with the studio. Materials are files your teacher shares with you. See Resources - Lesson Notes, Repertoire & Materials.
Faster sign-in
Faster sign-in is at the bottom of the page. Use it to add a passkey, so you can sign in without a code. See Signing In to Trio.
