Events in Trio are studio happenings such as recitals, masterclasses, and ensemble concerts. Manage them from Events, where you create events, line up performers, build the program, and invite families.
The Events page shows every event as a card with its date, time, location, and performer count. Status tabs across the top filter the list:
Select any card to open the event's detail page.
Select Add Event to open the event form. Fill in:
Select Create. The event appears in the list under the matching status tab.
The detail page opens with the event title, a colored status badge, and an info card showing the date, time, location, and description. From here you can manage performers, track RSVPs, and act on the event.
The Performers card lists everyone performing, in order. Select Add Performer to choose a student and optionally enter the Piece Title, Composer, and Notes. In the performer table, use the up and down arrows to set the running order, or remove a performer with the trash icon.
The Performer RSVPs card summarizes responses from performer families - how many are attending, declined, or still pending. Hover any group to see which students it covers. Families respond from their parent portal.
Select Program to open a clean, print-ready running order with each piece, composer, and performer. You can reorder, edit, or remove entries from this view, and select Print Program to print or save it for the recital day.
When an event is Published and has at least one performer, a Send Invitations button appears. Select it to notify performer families of the event - Trio reports how many families were invited and skips anyone already invited.
To change any detail, select Edit, update the form, and save. Switching the Status field to Cancelled moves the event under the Cancelled tab. To remove an event entirely, select Delete and confirm.
