Use it for a quick check before you review your books.
A line-by-line list of the payments you received. Filter by From and To dates, by Student, and by Payment Type (All Types or Card). The table ends with a Total row. A By category breakdown splits your income into groups such as Lessons, Goods sold, and Sales tax, so you can see tuition apart from product sales. Export the results to CSV or PDF for your accountant.
Lesson activity for one student over a date range. Pick a student to see summary cards for Total Lessons, Attendance Rate, Practice Time, and Lesson Notes, a lesson history table, and recent teacher notes. Practice Time is the total minutes of completed lessons, not practice at home. Export the lesson history to CSV.
Attendance for the whole studio over a date range, with summary cards for Total Lessons, Attendance Rate, Cancellation Rate, and No-Show Rate. A table per student shows lessons, present count, no-shows, cancellations, and each student's rate. Export the table to CSV.
CSV files open in any spreadsheet; PDF exports are formatted for printing or sharing.
For correct numbers, keep attendance marked, and record cash and check payments on the Billing page. Studio costs are on the separate Expenses page.
