Trio is where you keep up with your child's lessons, practice, messages, and billing. Signing in takes a few seconds and does not require a password.
Most families sign in with their phone number:
The code is single-use and expires after a short time. If it does not arrive within a minute or two, double-check the number you entered, make sure you have signal, and request a new code. If your number still is not recognized, it may differ from the one your studio has on file - reach out to your studio so they can update it.
If your studio set you up with an email address, you can switch to the email option instead. Trio sends a magic link to your inbox; opening that link signs you in. The link often opens in a new browser tab, which is normal.
When you sign in, you can choose to stay signed in on a device you trust, so you do not have to enter a new code every visit. Avoid this on shared or public devices. Trio remembers which method you used last time and offers it first on your next visit.
After you sign in, Trio takes you to your family dashboard - your home base for upcoming lessons, your balance, practice, and recent notes.
