Owner Settings is where an owner manages the studio's details, branding, payments, Trio subscription, and other owner-only settings. The page has a row of tabs.

The Tabs

General - studio name and contact details
Branding - logo, colors, banner, and the name on invoices
Localization - time zone, date format, and time format
Studio Site - your public studio page
Applications - the application form for new families
AI - AI assistant access
Payments - Stripe, bank payments, and digital wallets
Subscription - your Trio plan

Saving Your Changes

On General, Branding, and Localization, a Save Changes button shows after you change something. Click it to save. Studio Site and Applications have their own buttons: Save Site Settings and Save Application Settings. The AI switch saves by itself.

General

Your studio's main details: Studio Name, contact Email, Phone, Website, and mailing Address. Keep the studio name correct, because it shows across Trio and in the messages you send.

Branding

Studio Logo - the logo must be square. You can crop a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image after you select it. An SVG is not cropped, so it must already be square.
Brand Colors - Primary Color, Secondary Color, and CTA Button Color
Banner - Banner Title shows in the top bar and defaults to your studio name. Banner Subtitle is optional.
Display Name (Legal/Business Name) - the name on invoices and official messages. It defaults to your studio name.
Email Footer Text - a line at the bottom of every email

Localization

Set your Timezone, Date Format, and Time Format (12-hour or 24-hour). The time zone controls how Trio shows and schedules every lesson time, so set it before you book lessons. Date Format applies to every date in Trio, in your portal and in the parent portal, and you can change it at any time.

Studio Site

The Studio Site is your public studio page: the sign-up link you share with new families. Set the page address, a tagline, and an about text here. The page is not public until you turn on Publish your studio page. Applications that families send arrive on the Applications page.

Applications

The application form that new families fill in. Applications are off until you turn them on. The controls are: Enable Applications, Form Heading, Form Description, Show "How did you hear about us?", Show schedule preference, Expected Response Time (days), Auto-Expire After (days), Notify on New Applications, the Embed Code for your own website, and Save Application Settings. AI

The AI Assistant Access card holds the switch that lets outside AI assistants, such as ChatGPT or Claude, connect to your studio (through MCP). This is available on the Max plan. Turning the switch off saves at once. Turning it on first asks you to confirm and tick a checkbox. For the setup steps, see Connecting AI Assistants.

Payments

The Payment Processing card, where you connect Stripe to take card payments from families. Online payments are available on the Pro plan and above. See Connecting Stripe. On Pro and Max, this tab also has the Bank Payments (ACH) card and the Apple Pay & Google Pay card.

Subscription

Your Trio platform subscription - plan tier, billing interval, seat usage, and payment status. See Trio plans and your subscription.

Advanced

The Danger Zone, which holds Delete Studio. Deletion is permanent and removes all studio data, and every team member is logged out. You must type your studio name to confirm. Deletion is blocked only while you have a paid subscription (Pro or Max) - cancel it and wait for it to expire first. Studios on the Free plan can delete at any time.

Who Can Open Owner Settings

Only owners see Owner Settings. A studio can have more than one owner, and every owner can open it. Admins manage the studio lists, such as instruments and rooms, and the studio policy in Studio Settings.
