Owner Settings is the owner-only area for your studio's identity, branding, payment processing, Trio subscription, and destructive actions. It is organized as a row of tabs, and the active tab is preserved in the page address so you can deep-link to a section.
Your studio's core identity: Studio Name, contact Email, Phone, Website, and full mailing Address. Keep the studio name accurate - it appears throughout Trio and on outgoing communication.
Upload your studio logo and set your brand colors. Branding appears on the parent portal, invoices, your Studio Site, and exported reports.
Set your Timezone, Date Format, and Time Format (12-hour or 24-hour). Timezone affects how every lesson time is displayed and scheduled, so set it correctly before booking lessons.
The Studio Site is your public-facing applications page - the link you share with prospective families. From this tab you set the page address and manage how the site looks. Submissions land on the Applications page.
The application form fields prospective families fill out. Configure which fields appear and which are required, and the messaging sent when you approve, waitlist, or deny an applicant. See Applications for the full review flow.
The Stripe Connect card for accepting card payments from families. See Connecting Stripe.
Your Trio platform subscription - plan tier, billing interval, seat usage, and payment status. See Subscribing to Trio.
The Danger Zone, which holds Delete Studio. Deletion is permanent and removes all studio data, and every team member is logged out. You must type your studio name to confirm. Deletion is blocked while you have an active subscription - cancel it and wait for it to expire first.
Owner Settings is restricted to the Owner role. Admins and below cannot open it; they manage reference data and policy in Studio Settings instead. There is exactly one owner per studio.
